Gathering Springs Farm was founded with a mission to provide nutritious food, sustainable living options, and engagement and meaningful experiences. Pam and Sarah do this through regenerative practices such as no-till beds, flame weeding, and crop rotations.

The farm grows diversified vegetables and raises laying hens for eggs, selling products through CSA and wholesale. They also host workshops, events, and dinners on site at the farm, in Middleburg, VA
