After Francesca completed her law degree in Southern California, we moved to Virginia in 2019, settling in Aldie, VA at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. During the pandemic, Francesca began to suffer from stomach issues. Always trying to find natural remedies, we began to experiment with fermented foods.
After dialing in some recipes, we began to give our friends and family our homemade pickle products as gifts for various occasions. We received some fantastic feedback and decided to see if we could make this “small batch” pickle dream a reality.
Partnering with local produce distributors and spice companies in the Northern Virginia area, we have worked to perfect our pickles and can’t wait to share them with you!
